Feelgoodstudio and Townhouse Yoga are offering a yoga teacher training from October 17th, 2025 that meets the high quality standards

of the International Yoga Alliance (IYA, www.yogaalliance.org). The training will be completed with the internationally recognized certificate

“Yoga Teacher – 200 hrs”. The four lead trainers of the 200-hour teacher training bundle decades of yoga teaching experience in this yoga teacher training and guarantee high-quality training based on scientific findings. We are also “Experienced Yoga Teacher 500 hrs” and YACEP certified (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider).

The 200-hour yoga teacher training starts on October 17th, 2025; Training units will be offered on nine weekends until June 7th, 2026, which can also be attended part-time. The teacher training is held in English.

 

 

The 200-hour yoga teacher training includes:

→ Technique, Training, Practice (Asana practice, Alignment cues, Hands-on adjustment, Benefits and Risks of Asanas, The art of sequencing, Seeing and understanding bodies, The use of props to improve or modify a posture) (100 hours) → Yoga Anatomy Foundation Course & Functional Yoga Anatomy (20 hours) → How to teach, Teaching Methodology (25 hours) → Yoga History → Yoga Philosophy (30 hours) → Meditation (10 hours) → Pranayama (10 hours) → Kriyas → Chanting. The training places particular emphasis on the training of teaching skills (practica)!

PRICE:

€ 3,600 (if the total amount is paid from September 1st, 2025)

€ 3,400 (Early bird if the entire amount is paid by August 31, 2025).

PARTICIPANTS:

A minimum of six months of yoga practice is a prerequisite for participation in our Yoga Teacher Training.​​
